For Blu-Ray burners that support DVD and CD write capabilities, do the burners use the 405nm laser to burn the media? Or is a second 650nm laser used to burn the DVD and CD media separately?
I am trying to figure out if the 405nm laser is used to burn DVD-DL media and if has less failures than a 650nm laser burning DVD-DL media.
